About the role
Marketing is a vital and strategic area in our company, playing an integral role in our growth. We place great emphasis on ensuring the successful presence of our products among our target audience.
As a member of our new Growth team, you will focus exclusively on product-related marketing activities, directly contributing to the long-term success of the values we represent.
Below is a detailed overview of your future responsibilities:
- Monitoring competitors' marketing campaigns, advertising activities, and communication strategies (Competitor analysis),
- Identifying and summarizing product-related expectations and providing feedback to the product owner,
- Creating and implementing marketing concepts for our products featured on our website,
- Producing and publishing product-related content,
- Collaborating with graphic designers, video experts, and other external professionals during content production,
- Managing PR appearances (newspapers, socialmedia, conferences, eDM),
- Representing products at Atlassian and Solution partner events (meetups, Atlassian Day),
- Communicating key product messages and gathering and formulating use cases and stories,
- Supporting events (swag, organization,communication),
- Catalyzing lead generation through marketing campaigns,
- Monitoring lead nurturing,
- Tracking conversions,
- Preparing budgets for each product in terms of cost and lead generation, collaborating with the team and other departments (business development, consulting), and assisting the project manager with pricing.
About you
Requirements
- Fluent communication in English, both spoken and written.
- Relevant, several years of B2B marketing experience related to internally developed software products.
